• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate
• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details
• Cash on delivery and cash on pickup are available where indicated
• Once you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order if items are unavailable, in which case you will be refunded in full
• Delivery is available within our designated delivery zones (postcodes W3, W4, W5, W6, W12, and W14). A minimum order value may apply
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to demand or unforeseen circumstances

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
• We kindly ask for at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in future reservations being declined
• For parties of 12 or more, please contact us directly by phone
• We may hold your table for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time. Late arrivals should contact us to confirm their booking

• Payment is taken at the time of ordering for delivery and pickup orders
• For dine-in, payment is taken at the table after your meal
• If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion
• Refunds for card payments will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days

• You may browse our menu and place orders as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, earn loyalty points, and save delivery addresses
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in our mobile app or by emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens when you delete your account

• Points are earned on qualifying orders placed through our app or website
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme with reasonable notice
• Points and tier status are deleted if you delete your account

• Allergen information is provided on our menu where applicable. However, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens, and cross-contamination may occur
• Please inform our staff of any allergies when placing your order, whether online, by phone, or in person
• If you have a severe allergy, we recommend contacting us directly before ordering

All content on our website and app — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Sufi Restaurant or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.

• We take reasonable care to ensure our services are available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or app
• Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
