1.1.d. The usual Time for the delivery is 45 to 60 Mins. And for Takeaway 15- 25 mins. Form the time your order is received. If your order is taking longer than expected when you place an order for delivery or there is a problems with your order you can contact us on Tel: 0208 8344888.We do our best to resolve the problem.

1.1.e. Customer Care is extremely important to Sufi Restaurant, therefore, in the event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of food ordered through this website, Please either call 0208 83 44888 Or email us on info@SufiRestaurant.com

Sufi Restaurant will provide you, where possible, a refund to the value of the original order less the delivery charges that we have incurred. Refund is only given once the food is return in the original packaging in order for us to investigate the nature of the problem. The complaints should be made within 30 mins of you receiving the delivery.

1.1.f. You may access some areas of this Website without making a Delivery order or solely for the takeaway orders which you will pick up, and registering your details with us.

1.1.g. By accessing any part of this Website, you indicate that you accept these Website Terms. If you do not accept these Website Terms, you must leave this Website immediately simply by closing your browser.

1.1.i. You are responsible for making the order on the site and have to make sure your selection is what you would like  when placing an order on this Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your Internet connection are aware of these Website Terms and that they comply with them.

2. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER AND HOW IT IS PROCESSED

2.1 Once you given your postcodes, you are taken to Registration page, where if you have an account you can use to log on and place an order. If you visiting for the first time you should give your name and address, contact details, as you proceed then you get to the Menu which you can choose from, once completed you order you will be taken to the secured payment area of the web site which you can choose to pay by Credit or Debit Cards on line or pay cash on delivery.

Once you paid you will receive the confirmation of your order and payment. The usual delivery time will be 45-60 mins from the time that we received your order.

There might be a time that you have placed an order and the particular dish is sold out! In that case we will contact you to notify you of that and ask you to change the order or if you wish cancel your order and get the refund.

2.2 If at any time prior to you clicking on the “submit” button, you decide that you do not wish to proceed with your order, you should close the application window.

2.3 On receipt of your payment, Sufi Restaurant will begin processing your order and we will send you notification by email that payment has been received and that your order is being processed.

2.4 Where any payment you make is not authorised you will be returned to the previous page on the Website or you will get an error message and we shall not be obliged to provide the services.

2.5 Please note that once you have made your order and your payment has been authorised you will not be able to cancel your order nor will you be entitled to a refund.

2.6 Please note that from time to time there may be delays with processing payments and transactions, on occasion this can take up to sixty (60) days to be deducted from your bank account.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1 Prices will be as quoted on this Website. These prices include VAT but may exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due (if you opt for delivery instead of collection), where applicable.

3.2 This Website contains the menu and it is always possible that some of the items on the menu may be incorrectly priced. If the correct price for an order is higher than the price stated on the Website Sufi Restaurant will normally contact you before the order in question is dispatched.

3.4 Payment for all orders must be by credit or debit card as stated on this Website. American Express Not Accepted.

3.5 A discount may apply to your order if you use a promotional code recognised by this Website and endorsed by Sufi Restaurant.

3.6 Please note that from time to time there may be delays with processing payments and transactions, on occasion this can take up to sixty (60) days to be deducted from your bank account or credit card.

4.1 While Sufi Restaurant tries to ensure this Website is normally available twenty four (24) hours a day, Sufi Restaurant will not be liable if this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. The On Line order section of the website is working on limited hours each day.

4.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice.

4.3 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will take steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Website; any transmission is at your own risk.
