How Order On-line Works

How Order On-Line works: 

STEP 1: click on ORDER ON-LINE Button which takes you to the Postcode page.

 To proceed further you have to enter your FULL POSTCODE. You will be directed to a page to select your order type ( TakwAway OR delivery).

STEP 2: Once the postcode is entered and it’s within our delivery area, you will get  a page that you could select whether you would like to order a Delivery OR a Takeaway by simply clicking on the relevant link. Then you will get to  login / registration page. Existing customers can login to the system with their registered email id and password. New customers can register with Sufi to access the menu list. Please note Ordering Take away order on line also needs registration as this is a new feature and in an unlikely event that there is problem with the order we would be able to notify you.

(Please note you have to read the Terms & Condition and Policy and tick the relevant box to agree in order to proceed. If you disagree please simply exit by closing your browser.)

STEP 3: Once you are logged in or registered for online order system, you will get the Menu which appear on the top with different categories.

To select an item click on the 'Add to basket' button on the right of each item. On the right of the page you can see your selected items which are added to the shopping basket. You can change the quantity chosen  by removing items or changing the number of items as you wish.

STEP 4: After you finish adding your items, click on Check out. This takes you to the Checkout page with all the items your ordered and the Total amount.

You have to confirm your personal details are correct. Once all details are checked, click on Confirm.

STEP 5: Once you confirm the order details and personal details, You will get to the 'Payment Method' page which you could select how would like to pay for your order i.e Cash on delivery Or Credit Card payment on line .

The credit card payments are directed to  to secured payment gateway page provided by RBS. Make the payment using your credit card / debit card.

STEP 6: After the payment, you will receive confirmation of your order and payment.

Normally, for deliveries you should be expecting your order to arrive 45 to 60 mins after you received the confirmation of the payment. And for the TakeAway 15 to 20 mins.  In an unlikely event of delay or problem with the order you will receive a call from the Sufi Restaurant to notify you of the problem.
